  • If your preferred delivery day is sold out, you may contact us — we will try our best to assist, but alternative dates are not guaranteed.

  • No refunds for cancellations or change of mind, as your pre-order secures one of a limited number of Med Sea Grazer boxes and may prevent others from ordering.

  • Our delivery partners do not use refrigerated vehicles; however, boxes are packed with appropriate cooling to keep contents fresh during delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Deliveries may be left unattended if no one is home.

  • We take no responsibility for boxes left out due to no one home, unsafe locations, heat exposure, or unclear delivery details.
